Friedrich Stimpfig
Founder and Managing Director
Friedrich was born in Nuremberg in March 1963 and studied industrial engineering and agriculture. He took over his father's mechanical engineering company and has worked there very successfully over the last few decades. In his youth, he spent time at Tauernhof in Austria, where he took part in a short-term Bible school and various Christian camps. Since then, he has had a heartfelt desire to help other people in life in a very practical way, to train them and to tell them about the love & greatness of God. Friedrich is married and has four grown-up children.
Michael Winkler
Counselor and Coach
Michael is an experienced coach for executives and CEO of his own company, which specializes in coaching and consulting. He operates in Utting am Ammersee, Germany. Michael Winkler offers a range of coaching services, including business coaching, start-up coaching, and executive coaching. He has decades of experience in advising and coaching leaders in business and society. Additionally, he is a co-founder of Stadtreformer and Akademie für Leiterschaft, where he applies his expertise in church planting and leadership development.
Anna Stimpfig
Project Manager und Administration
Anna was born in March 1997 in Fuerth and grew up in a faith-filled family. From a young age, her vibrant faith and love for nature shaped her. After graduating from highschool, she successfully completed her training as a tax assistant. Following that, Anna attended two Bible schools for a total of five years - "Glaubenszentrum" in Bad Gandersheim and "Schule der Erweckung" in Fuessen. She grew in her character and in leadership, and recognized God’s calling on her life. After this journey, a unique opportunity arose for her to invest in the Kingdom of God alongside her father. She is now a project manager at P8-Team and is a part-time theology student at "Akademie für Leiterschaft" in Ditzingen.
Lisa Dorsch
Sozo
The native of Northern Germany was born in 1990 and has now been living in Middle Franconia for over five years. Professionally, she works in disability services and has spent many years in youth work. For over a decade, she has been dedicated to pastoral care, as her heart is to accompany people on their journey. One of the greatest privileges of her life is witnessing how God encounters people in Sozo, speaks to them, heals them, and restores them. Lisa is married and has a son.
Anne Schickhaus
Organisation and Counseling
Anne grew up in the greater Bremen area, where she developed a deep interest in people and their inner lives at an early age. After completing her Abitur, she chose to study Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy at the University of Bremen and later at the University of Bamberg. During her studies, she gained valuable practical experience working with children and families and at the same time developed a deep Christian faith.
Anne has a strong interest in the holistic well-being of the human person — encompassing spiritual, psychological, and emotional health — and is convinced that true and lasting healing comes from God. Alongside her passion for supporting people in challenging life situations, she is characterized by a deep appreciation for nature and animals. Today, she offers spiritual accompaniment in personal growth processes as well as psychological counseling.
