Founding of P8-Team
After decades of dreaming and praying, the time had finally come: P8-Team was founded. Several factors came together that made this the right moment for the establishment. It was a moment of joy and thankfulness.
February 2022
Employment of Anna Stimpfig
Our first employee has been hired - we've taken leaps forward.
March to September 2022
First mission trips to Switzerland
As part of an extended mission trip, Anna was able to support the establishment of a prayer network, assist in children and youth work, and serve several churches in Switzerland.
May 2023
Employment of Lisa Dorsch
With the hiring of Lisa, we have further expanded the area of pastoral care. Lisa is training leaders in the Erlangen, Nuremberg, and Fürth areas. We are excited to welcome her to the team!
February 2024
Leadership conference in Salzburg
Friedrich and Anna participated in an interdenominational leadership conference in Salzburg. As a result, valuable connections were made and a monthly networking meeting in the Bamberg area was established.
Summer 2024
Baptism Course
In the first half of 2024, Anna from P8-Team conducted a baptism course for the first time. The baptism took place after the course was completed in Fuessen, Bavaria, in July 2024.

Employment of Annkathrin Z.
Our team is growing! We are excited that Annkathrin is supporting us in the areas of website and marketing.
November 2024
Our website is live
The launch of our website was a real highlight. Now we, as the P8-Team, are visible to the outside and we can be contacted by you more easily.
May 2025
Project Completion NGO.TOOLS
As P8-Team, we actively supported and guided the development and growth of NGO.TOOLS from May 2024 to May 2025. With the founding of Help NGO gGmbH, NGO.TOOLS is now standing on its own.
June 2025
Bethel Sozo-Certification
The Sozo certification is complete - congratulations! This certification is an important milestone for P8-Team, as it allows us to further expand our work in the Sozo area!
Summer 2025
Premarital Counseling Course
In summer 2025, Anna independently designed and facilitated a premarital counselling course, bringing great dedication and sensitivity to the couple's needs. We are excited about this development and about continuously expanding our services.

Staff Change at P8-Team
We say goodbye to Annkathrin and sincerely thank her for her outstanding contributions, creativity, and dedication to our team. At the same time, we welcome Anne - we're thrilled to have you on board and to see you enrich P8-Team from now on!
March 2026
We say Goodbye to Lisa D.
After almost three years of walking this journey together, we say goodbye to Lisa D. She is taking the next step in her development and will continue to grow within the context of Sozo Germany. We look back on this time with great gratitude—for all the people who were able to encounter God, and for the new teams and team members who were equipped in Northern Bavaria. We wish Lisa God’s abundant blessing for her path ahead.

Team in Transition
After six months of very successful collaboration with Anne S., we bid her farewell and sincerely thank her for her dedicated support, her creative ideas, and her valuable contributions.
At the same time, we are pleased to welcome Julia B. as a valuable addition to the P8 team in the area of assistance and communication. She supports our internal processes and helps ensure that our content is communicated clearly and effectively to the outside world.
We are very happy to have her on board and look forward to growing and developing together.
April 2026
P8 Team Inspires at the Church Retreat 2026
At the 2026 church retreat, the P8 Team had the opportunity to organize a colorful and varied children's program for around 20 children. Together, the children played, laughed, sang, and explored, creating many wonderful moments and meaningful experiences of community. The joy of the children and the overwhelmingly positive feedback from parents and organizers were a great encouragement to us. We are therefore especially excited to be part of the church retreat again in 2027.
June 2026
New Minibus for EC Bayern
On June 12, 2026, we celebrated the handover of a new minibus to EC Bavaria. The vehicle will be used across Bavaria for youth programs, training events, camps, and the popular “Building Block Worlds” exhibitions. As the sponsor of the project, we were delighted to support this investment and contribute to EC Bavaria’s work with children and young people. We look forward to seeing the impact this new vehicle will have and to continuing our partnership on future projects.
